ORDERING METHOD
WA Composite Decking website (WAcompositeDecking.com) offers online purchasing or orders via quote and invoice.
LIABILITY
WA Composite Decking Reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time. We will make all reasonable efforts to contact the customer using the details provided and if received monies, it will be refunded using the method received.
CURRENCY USED
All prices displayed on the WA Composite Decking website (WAcompositeDecking.com) are in Australian AUD currency.
All deliveries sent to an Australian delivery address from the WA Composite Decking website (WAcompositeDecking.com) will be subject to Australian GST.
The rate of Australian GST is 10%.
When Australian goods are exported (sent to a delivery address outside Australia) then the GST component of the price will be removed and the export price will be exclusive of GST.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates will be calculated and provided once the order details and the delivery address has been confirmed.
WA Composite Decking reserves the right to change any or all of the following, at any time:
-Shipping rates charged to any destination;
-Delivery method;
-Carrier or shipping provider.
ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
On receiving the order, the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage.
Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify WA Composite Decking Pty Ltd, as soon as possible. Please see the Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once placed and you have received your order confirmation.
Please follow the returns and exchange process if you wish to make changes to your order.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, WA Composite Decking Pty Ltd reserves the right to withdraw an item from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders.
WA Composite Decking Pty Ltd will make all reasonable efforts to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received. This means that the credit card used to purchase the goods would be the destination of any credit that may be applicable.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
DAMAGED, INCORRECT AND FAULTY ITEMS
At WA Composite Decking we do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our warehouse, it goes through many hands and products may shift causing unintentional damage.
Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, faulty or incorrect from the product ordered (different to what is stated on your order receipt or invoice), please get in touch with us immediately (within 24 hours in writing) for further instructions.
Please do not discard the damaged, faulty or incorrect product(s) and retain the original packaging, as WA Composite Decking and the respective carriers will require inspection.
RETURN POLICY
At WA Composite Decking, we strive to provide you with high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we do accept returns subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
- Return Acceptance: We accept returns within a 7-day window from the date of delivery or collection. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Return Methods: You can return the product(s) by visiting our store/factory located in Wungong, WA. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process and receive detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging. If the product is damaged, evidence must be provided to demonstrate that it was damaged before the customer received it.
- Restocking Fee: Please note that we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% on returned items. This fee covers the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the returned product(s).
- Types of Returns: We accept returns for the following reasons:
- A. Defective: If the product is defective or malfunctioning, we will gladly accept the return and provide a replacement or issue a refund.
- B. Wrong Size: If you receive a product in the incorrect size, you may return it for a replacement in the correct size or receive a refund.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- A. Contact our customer support team within the 7-day return window to inform them of your intention to return the item(s). You can reach us via email or phone, and our team will guide you through the process.
- B. Provide the necessary details, including your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant information or evidence regarding the condition of the item(s).
- C. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) either through in-person drop-off or mail.
- D Upon receiving the returned product(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria. If approved, we will process the refund or exchange as per your request.
- Refund or Exchange: If your return is approved, you may choose between a refund or an exchange. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase. Exchanges will be processed based on product availability.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include gift cards, downloadable software, and personalized or custom-made products unless they are defective or arrive in the wrong size.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our part.
- Changes to the Return Policy: We reserve the right to modify or update our return policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised policy will apply to all purchases made after the date of the policy update.
